Turn a Roof Into a Room
A pergola with sides is a different proposition to a roof on posts: enclosed against wind and rain, warmed by infrared heating, lit by dimmable pergola lights and run from your phone, it becomes a true second living room outdoors. Every accessory below is compatible across the Tarasola range, from the flagship Tarasola Technic louvered pergola to the Fix Glass Roof, and because Harmony View handles design, supply and installation including all electrics, everything arrives integrated, not bolted on.
Build a Pergola With Sides
Four enclosure systems let you close your pergola against wind, rain and prying eyes, from sheer motorised pergola screens to frameless glass walls. Mix systems side by side: glazing on the view, ZIP screens for the low sun, fixed panels against the fence. All are available on our louvered pergolas, fabric roof pergolas (excluding Tarasola Light) and glass roof pergolas.

ZIP Screens
Motorised fabric pergola screens in 5% openness (filtered light and view) or 1% (stronger shading and privacy). Wind-resistant to 50 km/h when lowered. Standalone screens reach 500×285 cm per side; the Tarasola Technic Pro and Technic View Pro integrate cassette-free ZIP screens up to 600×300 cm directly in the frame.
Frameless Sliding Glazing
Manually operated frameless glass panels for uninterrupted views, the natural partner to the Fix Glass Roof pergola. Panel heights 225, 260 or 290 cm in 8, 10 or 12 mm glass; 4-track systems span 200 to 480 cm, 5-track up to 600 cm, and double-sided arrangements reach 700 cm.
Aluminium Sliding Shutters
Sliding shutter panels with manually adjustable louvres from 0 to 170°, dial in exactly the light, shade and airflow you want. Panels from 60 to 150 cm wide and 120 to 300 cm high, with complete systems spanning up to 700 cm. Striking on cubic models like the Tarasola Technic.
Fixed Panels
Permanent aluminium infill for walls or ceilings, perfect for blocking a neighbouring outlook or finishing a boundary side. Sized from 100 to 700 cm wide and 100 to 280 cm high, finished in any RAL colour or wood-effect coating to match your pergola.
LED Pergola Lighting: Spot, Box and Strip

LED Spot
Discreet 23 mm round spotlights, 24V, in a warm 3000K white, recessed pinpoints of light across the roof for an elegant, starry ceiling effect.
LED Box
Rectangular 125×35 mm fittings, 24V, 3000K, a bolder architectural glow that washes dining tables and seating areas in warm light.
LED Strip: White & RGB
Continuous 24V light lines cut precisely to your structure, in warm white or colour-changing RGB. Fitted in louvres or around the perimeter on the Technic, and in the lower roof beams of the Tarasola Cubic.
Infrared Pergola Heating for Every Season
Tarasola infrared heaters use LOW GLARE emitters, gentle warmth without the harsh red glare, and every model is IP65-rated against dust and moisture, so your pergola heating shrugs off British weather.
GR1
1.5 kW infrared heater in white or black, the go-to choice for warming dining and lounge areas under any Tarasola pergola.
GR2 IR
1.5 kW with a built-in IR receiver and its own remote control, adjust the warmth without leaving your seat.
GR3 Glass
The most powerful of the range at 2.2 kW, finished in sleek black glass, serious heat output for larger terraces and commercial pergolas.
Remote, App and Full Automation
Every motorised Tarasola pergola is a smart pergola. Rotating-louvre models such as the Technic and Technic Pro use Teleco control, with the hidden audio system operated from the same remote, while fabric and sliding-louvre models such as the Technic View and Tarasola Flat run on Somfy IO Homecontrol.
Alongside the handheld remote, the smartphone app puts roof, pergola screens, lights and heating in one place, with automation scenes and even presence simulation to make the house look lived-in while you are away. Two Things to Know Before You Specify
First, not every model takes every accessory. The minimalist Tarasola Light is wall-mounted only and takes no side enclosures at all, its pared-back profiles are the whole point of the design. If enclosures matter to you, choose a model such as the Flat, Cubic or any louvered pergola, and we will say so plainly at the design stage.
Second, ZIP screens are wind rated to 50 km/h when lowered. That is ample for everyday breezes, but it is not storm armour, which is exactly why the wind sensor raises the screens automatically when gusts pass the threshold. The system protects itself by design, and your job is simply to enjoy it.
